This 1 hour in-person class is called "Learning to run your own race". It is focused on better understanding healthy vs unhealthy competition, learning how to use healthy motivators, and challenging the feeling of being behind. 

Course is intended for adults 18+.

Course is taught by Jordan Miller who is a Masters level educator in Professional Counseling and founder of New Thinking Institute.

This course is meant to be interactive but it is completely fine you would like you can sit back and listen.  Nobody will be asked to talk unless they raise their hand.

In-person courses are held on Tuesdays at 6pm Utah (MST). Sign up before the week you want to attend. For example is you want to attend the 3/28/23 meeting sign up on 3/22/23 or after. New dates will be updated each month.
